Volunteer Opportunities

This event depends on you! Each year, we recruit 40 plus volunteers and 20 plus committee members to plan, organize and promote this event. The planning and organizing of this event is very important and is a year round process. Your help is definately needed. Would you like to volunteer the day of the event? Would you like to be on the committee? If you can volunteer your time please contact me.

The Arthritis Foundation is seeking the causes, cure and prevention for more then 100 forms of arthritis. The Heart of Illinois Classic Auto & Bike Show helps raise funds for this cause. This event is a volunteer-driven event, with Arthritis Foundation staff available to provide support for volunteer efforts.

• Silent Auction Committee: 5-10 people needed
• Raffle Committee: 5-10 people needed
• Sponsorship Committee: 10 people needed
• Refreshment Committee: 2-5 people needed
• Judging Committee: 15 judges needed
• Traffic & Parking Committee: 20 people needed
• Vending Committee: 2-5 people needed
• Kids Korner Committee: 2-5 people needed
• Cruise In Committee: 10-20 people needed

Remember, this event is not just for car enthusiasts. There is fun activities for everyone!
